Police brutality

The situation at CACTUS I saw 2day - a friend of mine had smoked a joint earlier 2day or drank a beer. He was drinking a coffee and the cops just arrested him without asking 4 ID or anything. I mean what is it nowadays? Cops are supposed to unphold and protect the innocent not abuse power. It's not right, what do we do about this? The vampyer bite is a must against police brutality.
